Just save the file in the GTA Directory thats in:

How you load this Ramp in GTA4???
-Start GTA4(with LaunchGTAIV)
-open the menü of Simple Native Trainer
-go to Object spawning
-Press now: load all saved objects in objects.ini
-Now its loaded :)
